A Home for Doulas
At Present for You, our mission is to provide compassionate care to those facing serious illness or nearing the end of life. We understand that solo doulas spend a significant amount of time finding clients and doing administrative tasks, when they would rather be providing doula services. We offer our doulas the support and training that allows them to focus on providing that emotional, spiritual, and practical support.
Find Flexibility by Working with a Dedicated Team
At Present for You, we understand that doulas have unique needs when it comes to managing their schedules. Many doulas work full-time jobs. Others cannot afford to volunteer all of their time. We believe doulas should be compensated, especially in light of the emotional and sporadic nature of our work.
Ongoing Training
Present for You is run by medical, palliative, and legal thought leaders. We convene frequent seminars and training for doulas that build upon the strong foundations that doula-training organizations provide.

The employment process at PFY involves meeting with the lead doula first then the team for a full interview. Indicated in the form if are interested in a 20-minute meeting with our lead doula.
Currently, PFY doulas all work on a part-time basis to meet the flexibility needs of our clients.
At PFY, we understand the importance of a strong support structure for our doulas. We provide ongoing training, mentorship programs, and access to resources and tools to enhance your skills and knowledge. Our team is always available to offer guidance and support, ensuring that you feel empowered and confident in your role.
While we permit part-time doulas to maintain their own client base under their own names, we also welcome these clients to be served by PFY with our consent. We work to maintain costly insurance, use a community care platform to track clients and their care outcomes, and provide administrative systems that can make sense for you and your clients.
